What was once a empty, unnoticed building on a highly-trafficked street in Greater Sudbury, 863 Barry Downe was in desperate need of a re-imagining.  The new owner's desired a design that would create an in-demand commercial space that would attract unique and sophisticated tenants. 


Centerline Architecture leaped to the challenge and helped to work with the owner's vision to transform the facility into a sought-after, much noticed commercial space.
