Project Type:  Interior & Exterior Upgrades

Role:  Project Architect

Located at the busy intersection of Barry Downe Road and  the Kingsway, Centreline Architecture was hired to help the owner's of 444 Barry Downe re-imagine their commercial plaza.  Wanting a modern look yet an approachable, northern flavour, Centreline Architecture worked hand-in-hand with the owner to create a standout facility at one of the busiest corners in the city.

As a commercial developer, the owner hoped to have realistic renderings in hand to attract new tenants to his space.  We were able to provide them with the realistic imagery that has since been used to promote the building on one of the busiest corners in the city.
